Refund/Exchange.
1. Please note, we do not collect any taxes and VAT, you only pay for the goods and the shipping cost. We indicate the minimum value on the parcel in the declaration.
2. Cancellation of the order is possible only in the first day after ordering.
3. All orders are shipped by registered mail (standart shipping) with the track number. You get a parcel number after the parcel is sent.
4. The goods are ready for delivery within 4 - 6 business days.
Delivery times for orders after the date of shipment:
USA - 12-22 business days
EU - 15-28 business days
Non-EU Europe (UK, Norway, Switzerland, etc.) - 15-28 business days
Canada - 15-30 business days
Australia - 18-30 business days
Japan, Singapore, Korea - 15-30 business days
New Zealand - 23-40 business days
South and Central America - 23-40 business days.
5. All prints are sent without frames!
6. All parcels are packed in plastic bags and heavy cardboard envelopes.
7. The parcel is kept in your local post office for 30 days. Please get your packages on time and enter your addresses correctly! If you do not receive your package and it will be returned to us or enter your address incorrectly, we will send it to you again when it is returned to us, but you will have to pay $11, as we pay the postage tax for the return of your package!
8. If you did not like or did not fit the product, you have the opportunity to return or exchange it. You need to write to us within 3 days of receipt. You will need to send the item back to our address with a tracking number. After we receive the goods back, you will receive a refund for the goods. Or we will send you the goods in exchange.
9. When you place your order in our store, you agree to our shop policies, including the shipping policy!
