1. Please note, we do not collect any taxes and VAT, you only pay for the goods and the shipping cost. We indicate the minimum value on the parcel in the declaration.
2. Parcels in the USA are first sent to a warehouse in Brooklyn, and then transferred for final delivery to USPS. You do not pay any duties (DDP), everything is included in the shipping cost.
3. Orders from all countries except the USA are shipped through a warehouse in the Netherlands. For customers from the European Union, Norway, and the United Kingdom: we do not collect VAT, Taxes and indicate the minimum cost in the declaration.
4. Cancellation of the order is possible within the first 3 hours after ordering.
5. All orders are shipped by registered mail (standart shipping) with the track number. You get a parcel number after the parcel is sent.
6. The goods are ready for delivery within 4 - 6 business days.

Canada, Latin America, Oceania - 15-30 business days
7. All prints are sent without frames.
8. All parcels are packed in plastic bags and heavy cardboard envelopes.
9. The parcel is kept in your local post according to the rules of storage of shipments in your country. Please get your packages on time and enter your addresses correctly! If you do not receive your package and it will be returned to us or enter your address incorrectly, we will send it to you again when it is returned to us, but you will have to pay for resend, as we pay the postage tax for the return of your package.
