Datura Stramonium - Devil’s Trumpet Botanical Print
Reproduction of a botanical plate from Köhler’s atlas featuring Datura stramonium (jimsonweed / devil’s trumpet). The illustration shows jagged leaves, a pale trumpet-shaped flower, and the distinctive spiky seed pod, with small scientific detail studies.
In old European herbals and folklore, datura was often described as a “witch’s plant” and appears in dark legends about mysterious ointments and night flights. Today, it makes striking wall art or an atmospheric wall hanging for a witchy apothecary corner or a gothic interior. A unique gift for lovers of vintage herbals, occult botanica, and the poison garden aesthetic.
