The print depicts the scene of Cain and Abel, one of the most famous and darkest subjects of the Old Testament. This reproduction is based on an old religious illustration attributed to Albrecht Dürer, with expressive lines and an aged paper look.

According to the biblical story, Cain kills his brother Abel out of jealousy after Abel’s offering was accepted by God. This story became one of the most well-known images of sin, fratricide, and punishment in Christian art.

The reproduction works well as a wall hanging, decorative print, or a striking element of wall interior decor.
